FLOW Waterjet Machining
• 2 units with 6ft. x 12ft. work tables
• 1 unit with 4ft. x 4ft. work table
• Material thicknesses .01" to 3.00"
• Positional tolerance of +/- .002
Our abrasive waterjet cutting machinery is equiped with nesting software that gives us the ability to group several part numbers together for material and cost savings. The powerful cutting sytem allows an extremely precise cut through virtually any type of material ranging from 0.01” - 3.0” thick.
5-Axis CNC Machining
• Haas VR-11 CNC five-axis VMC
• Haas VR-8 CNC five axis VMC
• Up to 40” x 120” aluminum hogouts
5 axis machining has traditionally been regarded as advanced technology best suited to the aerospace and automotive industry. 5 axis machining offers many advantages all of which are now being applied to the mould and die sector. The superior technology of our 5 Axis milling machines give us the ability to do projects that only a handful of shops in the U.S. can handle.
Brake Form and Hot Joggle
• Single/multiple brake form operations up to 10’ in length
• Angle joggles with depths to 1.5”

Hydroform
• Single/multiple stage hydroform operations
• Up to 24” X 56” overall part size
Hydroforming (or hydramolding) is a cost-effective way of shaping malleable metals such as aluminum or brass into lightweight, structurally stiff and strong pieces. This process allows complex shapes with concavities to be formed, which would be difficult or impossible with standard solid die stamping. Hydroformed parts can often be made with a higher stiffness to weight ratio and at a lower per unit cost than traditional stamped or stamped and welded parts.
3 & 4-Axis CNC Machining
• Haas CNC VMC with 4th Axis Capability
•“Hog Outs” and Profiled Extrusions
3 & 4 axis machining

Manual and Assembly
• Digital read-out
• Horizontal milling attachment
• Power X & Z feed
Our assembly area can accommodate projects ranging from simple nutplates to multiple level complex assemblies

Quality Assurance
• Boeing certified “Bronze” level preferred Supplier
• 8’ Gold Faro inspection arm with integrated software
• Virtek 2 -D laser inspection table with a 36” X 36”
envelope and an integrated inspection software.
Quality assurance is the process of verifying or determining whether products or services meet or exceed customer expectations. Our quality assurance is a process-driven approach with specific steps to help define and attain goals. This process considers design, development, production, and service.
